Ranger volleyball picked up a much needed win on Monday night, defeating Isle 3-2 in a very competitive match.

The two teams traded sets back and forth all night, with the Rangers ultimately coming out on top in the fifth and final set, 15-6.

Michaela Stangel and Mya Decent led the way offensively with 17 kills a piece. Bailey Potter also added 8 kills of her own.

Junior Caitlyn Gutzman tallied 37 digs on the night, including her 1000th career dig.

The win brings C-I’s record to 11-10 on the season. They host Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Tuesday night for their last home match of the year. The team will be celebrating Senior Night prior to the start of the match.
